How do I send an e-mail to my team for a specific event?
Although Team Cowboy can send automated event reminders to your team, you can also send e-mails at any time to your team that are in context to a specific event on your event schedule.

To contact your team members for a specific event:
  1. Go to the Send a team e-mail page
  2. Click the For a Specific Event tab
  3. Select the desired event in the list of events (your next event will automatically be selected by default)
  4. Select team member types, genders, and/or RSVP statuses from the checkboxes provided if you want to further-refine your recipient list
  5. Enter your subject and message
  6. Click Preview to see the list of recipients that will get the message
  7. Click Send Message when you are ready to send your message
